In the second match of the ODI series between the women’s teams of Pakistan and New Zealand, New Zealand won by one wicket after a thrilling contest.

Batting first in the second match of the ongoing three-match ODI series in New Zealand, the green shirts scored 220 runs thanks to a brilliant innings of 90 runs by Pakistani captain Fatima Sana.

The host team achieved the target given by Pakistan seven balls earlier on the last wicket and took a decisive lead of 0-2 in the three-match series.

Fatima Sana, who replaced Nida Dar in the second ODI against New Zealand, said that it was a good match with the host team, but the bowlers could not get the last wicket due to bad luck.

Spinner Ghulam Fatima, who took four wickets in the match, said that she regrets not winning the match and will try hard to win the last ODI.
