DI Khan, 27 Terrorists Were Killed, 25 Soldiers Were Martyred
DI Khan: During various operations in district Dera Ismail Khan, 27 terrorists were killed and 25 soldiers were martyred.
According to ISPR, large-scale suspicious activities were witnessed on the intervening night of December 11 and 12 in Dera Ismail Khan district, on which security forces carried out various operations in which a total of 27 terrorists were killed.
On the information about the presence of terrorists, an intelligence-based operation was conducted in General Area Darzanda, where 17 terrorists were taken to hell while destroying the hideouts of terrorists.

Similarly, another intelligence-based operation was conducted in General Area Kalachi, in which the hideout of terrorists was destroyed and four terrorists were killed, but two soldiers of the Pakistan Army were martyred during the fierce exchange of fire.
Similarly, on December 12th, a group of six terrorists attacked the security forces post in the general area of Daraban, however, the attempt of the military personnel to enter the post was effectively foiled.

When the terrorists stopped a vehicle full of explosives from entering the checkpoint, they carried out a suicide attack, resulting in explosions that caused the building to collapse, killing several people.
ISPR has said that 23 brave soldiers were martyred while fighting during the attack while all six terrorists were put to death.

According to ISPR, the slain terrorists were involved in several acts of terrorism against the security forces as well as the killing of innocent civilians, arms, ammunition, and explosives have been recovered during the operations.
