Olivia Munn’s Brave Battle: Navigating Motherhood Amidst Breast Cancer

American beautiful actress Olivia Munn has recalled the fear of missing motherhood after being diagnosed with bilateral breast cancer.

Recently, the Predator starlet underwent a double mastectomy after cancer cells were discovered in both of her breasts.

In a recent interview with Vogue, Olivia shared “After my diagnosis, we decided to try another round of egg retrieval and hope it was a good month. John and I talked about it. Talked a lot and we don’t feel like we’ve grown our family, but I didn’t know I was going to have chemotherapy or radiation.”

During her interview, Olivia Munn also revealed that she has already undergone two egg retrievals at the ages of 33 and 39.

The American actress expressed her fear by saying, “This is my motherhood, and I don’t want to miss any part of it if I don’t have to.”

The Newsroom actress later told the media that she was originally treated with the hormone-suppressing drug Lupron.

She added, “The side effects of the medication hit me almost immediately. It was next-level, debilitating exhaustion. I would wake up in the morning and go to bed almost immediately.”

Remember that Olivia was diagnosed with breast cancer in March 2024.
