Janhvi Kapoor Shuts Down Wedding Rumors with Shikhar Pahariya: ‘I’m Not Getting Married Anytime Soon’

Janhvi Kapoor has finally denied the rumors of her marriage with Shikhar Paharia.

In an interview with Times of India, the beautiful 27-year-old Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor clarified her relationship status and dismissed the marriage rumors.

“I recently read something funny suggesting I have confirmed the relationship and will get married soon. People have mixed up several threads,” explained Janhvi Kapoor.

“She’s planning my wedding in a week, which is ridiculous (laughs). I’m focusing on my career right now,” added Jhanvi Kapoor.

This is not the first time Janhvi has had to set the record straight about her personal life.

Earlier this month, when a paparazzi Instagram page posted that she was getting married to Shekhar in a gold sari at the Tirupati temple, Janhvi Kapoor quickly dismissed the rumor as “whatever.”

According to media reports, Janhvi and Shekhar have been dating for a few years.

Janhvi is currently gearing up for her next film, Mr. and Mrs. Mahi, co-starring Rajkummar Rao, which is scheduled to release on 31 May 2024.

She will also be seen in Aalaj and is set to make her Telugu debut with Deora: Part 1.
